As a product manager, I learned how to direct teams of engineers and designers to build things, but I could never really build any kind of software myself. Then these incredible AI tools arrived, “vibe coding” became a thing, and I could put my product sense, basic technical understanding, and pesky PM delegation skills to use.
Today, I build everything myself. My whole business runs on software I made. ccforpms.com outranks Anthropic when you search for Claude Code for PMs, and has now been completed by over 50,000 people. I built my course platform for over 1,000 students, which now brings in more money than I ever made as a full-time PM. I build working automations for every part of the business, and I make small tools for myself every week because it's just so, so fun.
With how incredible the models and tools are now, you really can learn to build everything from simple local tools that make your collaboration with your AI more effective, to useful automations, to complex software with users. The key is ditching tools like Lovable and learning to direct agents straight at the code. That's intimidating, but it's never been easier to learn.
By understanding a few rules of building software and learning how to direct AI at them, you can build anything and understand how it works well enough to keep building and growing your skills.

Managing context and checking an agent's work are the same concepts that make you good at knowledge work with agents, and nobody teaches them together. What you learn here makes your general work better too. That's why this course lives inside Full Stack Mastery with everything else I teach. | | 2. | It teaches the fundamentals from the ground up, assuming agents the whole way. You learn what software is made of and how it fits together, at the level you need to decide what to build and check what you got, with an agent doing the rest. This course is not only for product managers! Everything is explained from the absolute ground up, starting with the technical fundamentals that many PMs kind of skipped (like me 🙋♂️). You deploy, check the app on your phone, take one improvement all the way through, and share it. |
| • | Learn it in your tool. Every lesson happens inside Claude Code, Codex or Cursor, with the AI guiding you, so you learn by doing on your own schedule. | | • | Come together at office hours. Every week we review the module live, look at what people built, and get you unstuck. Recorded if you can't make it. | | • | Keep going in Slack. A dedicated cohort space to ask questions and share progress between sessions. |
