Hello! I'm running a quick survey for this newsletter and would really appreciate your help. We just crossed 40,000 subscribers, which is incredible, but it means I've lost some sense of who you all actually are. Recently, about half of you have come from Claude Code for Everyone. Are you also PMs? Adjacent product roles? Something else entirely? I genuinely don't know, and your answers will directly shape what I build next. 7 questions, 2 minutes, mostly clicks:

While I have you, now seems like a good time to tell you about two workshops I have coming up. One of the main questions I hear right now: how do I actually use Claude Code with my team? Using it solo is incredible. But sharing context, collaborating, onboarding new people, managing it as it grows... that's the biggest unsolved problem with Claude Code right now. I've got two workshops coming up that are all about solving it.
I'm back with Product Faculty for an action-packed, 100% interactive hour on setting up Claude Code for your team and getting buy-in at your company. You'll walk away with tactics you can use that same day. 📆 Wednesday, April 29, 9 – 10am PT (12pm ET / 6pm CET / 12:30am IST) Can't make it live? Register anyway and you'll get the recording.
I'm teaming up with Hannah Stulberg, author of the popular "Claude Code for Everything" series, who has been Claudepilling teams across DoorDash. A full 3-hour deep dive into what a team Claude Code setup actually looks like. You'll walk away with the exact skills and frameworks for leading this at your company. The free workshop gives you the mental model, tools, and the pitch. This one gives you the in-depth frameworks and details of implementation. They work great together, but either stands on its own. We priced it at $200 to keep it accessible. 📆 Sunday, May 10, 10am – 1pm PT (1pm ET / 7pm CET / 10:30pm IST)
Would love to see you at either one. Keep building, Carl 🥞 |
