Hello Full Stack PMs!
Welcome to Full Stack Friday, serving up the hottest AI developments fresh off the griddle. We've got 3,899 new stackers since the last send (!!) – welcome to the stack! 🥞 This stack is getting tall.

The kind of chart PMs like to see!
I missed you last week, so this one covers a two-week window. What a two weeks. Anthropic shipped five major products in 9 days (by the time you read this it might be siz). Meanwhile, the head of Claude Code went on YC's podcast and Naval dropped a clip both saying the same thing: the spec is becoming the product, and PM skills are the new moat.
Here's what we're covering:
My stuff – A sneak peek at what's coming for CC for PMs, an OpenClaw guide, and a new Claude Code skills cheatsheet.
Anthropic's Tear – 5 products in 9 days (they literally shipped another one while I was writing this yesterday). What they launched, why it matters, and what it tells you about where this is going
Everyone Is Becoming a PM – Boris Cherny and Naval converged on the same thesis. Let's talk about it.
Let's do this.
📣 The Best Way to Use Claude Code
The sponsor for this newsletter is a product I actually use every single day:
Nimbalyst: The best way to use Claude Code (it’s also free!)
Nimbalyst gives Claude Code a UI, giving it some serious upgrades:
Markdown: Editing raw markdown is terrible, Nimbalyst gives you a nicely formatted, directly editable markdown files.
Mockups: Unlike Figma Make, viewing designs is not separate. You can annotate and iterate on the designs with CC directly in Nimbalyst.
Excalidraw: Make drawings with CC, edit yourself, and build working prototypes directly from the drawings.

And, again, it's completely free! My Claude Code for PMs and Claude Code for Everyone courses can be completed in about 5 hours and work perfectly in Nimbalyst.
If you already use Claude Code and want a nicer UI, or if you haven’t Claude Code because you’re intimidated by the terminal, Nimbalyst is genuinely great.
🍳 Fresh Off the Griddle
A few things from my world.
Big things coming for CC for PMs. I'm working on a HUGE upgrade to my Claude Code for PMs course. Can't say too much yet, but if you've completed CC for PMs and want to be one of the first to try it, I'm looking for beta testers. Just reply to this email. Upgrades to CC for Everyone will follow!

OpenClaw guide. I also built a comprehensive guide to OpenClaw – what it is, how to set it up, what it's good for, and what to watch out for. Check it out: learnopenclaw.com. Pro move: Tell your AI to read the site and to help you set it up.

Claude Code Skills cheatsheet. I put together an in-depth guide to Skills – one of the most powerful and least understood features in Claude Code (all applies to Cursor too). If you've been hearing about Skills but haven't figured out how to actually use them, check this out.

🚀 Anthropic's Tear: 5 Products in 9 Days

Here's what Anthropic shipped in February:
Feb 17 – Sonnet 4.6: Near-Opus quality at 60% of the cost, same 1M context window.
Feb 20 – Claude Code Security: AI vulnerability scanner.
Feb 24-25 – Cowork Scheduled Tasks + Plugins: Recurring autonomous tasks (morning briefs, weekly spreadsheets) plus 15 new plugins. Claude Code tasks coming soon.
Feb 25 – Remote Control: Start Claude Code in your terminal, continue from your phone with /remote-control. I love this feature.
There's a real chance this list is already out of date by the time you're reading it. That's how fast this team is moving.
My take
Anthropic is making a very deliberate bet – they're not trying to be multimodal (Gemini), or the everything app (ChatGPT). They're focused on deep work. And they're clearly taking notes from OpenClaw. Remote Control, scheduled tasks, Auto-Memory – these are all features OpenClaw had first. Anthropic is just rebuilding them natively with better security, which also explains why they blocked OpenClaw from Anthropic Max plans.
Anthropic is clearly in the lead across all these features. I still love Cursor for deeper development work, but I find myself gravitating more and more towards Claude Code for everything.
Anthropic is just plain shipping.
🧭 Everyone Is Becoming a PM

A few posts went super viral all saying the same thing.
Boris Cherny (head of Claude Code) went on the YC Lightcone podcast and told a story that went viral: an Anthropic engineer gave Claude a spec + an Asana board and left for the weekend. Claude broke it into tickets, spawned agent swarms ("Mama Claude"), and by Monday they'd built the entire plugins feature. His line: "the spec is becoming the product."
Naval dropped a clip explicitly naming Claude Code: "This is taking them from idea space, and opinion space, and from taste directly into product. Vibe coding is the new product management."
My take
The direction is becoming clear. Everyone needs to learn core product management skills like understanding what users need, having good product taste, and core business skills.
For PMs, this is great news – your skills are the moat now.
For everyone else, now is the time to learn them.
We are still really far from AI having any kind of good taste. If you work with AI every day, you know that basically every decision is just an extension of your own thoughts. AI makes so many mistakes across the board – figuring out what to do, knowing how to set up for success, deciding how you're going to measure success – that's what matters now. That's what's always mattered.
Remember: You're not competing against AI agents. You're competing against people with AI agents. The challenge is the same as it's always been – people, with the tools they have access to, and the skills that matter around using those tools.
Those skills are PM skills.
😂 Meme of the week
🥓 Sizzle Reel
Other stuff worth knowing from the last two weeks:
Gemini 3.1 Pro – Google's new flagship, leads 13 of 16 benchmarks – their strongest model yet for reasoning and cross-domain work. Really, really good at UI in my experience.
Figma MCP – Claude Code integration that sends a running UI to Figma as editable layers (not a screenshot) – Codex got the same integration on Feb 26. I'll have some material out about this soon.
Cursor Background Agents – Agents on cloud VMs that test their own changes and can be triggered from your phone or Slack.
🥞 The Last Pancake
If you've only got 30 minutes this week, check out learnopenclaw.com. Comprehensive overview of how to set it up and things to use it for. I have a guide to setting it up with Claude Code or Cursor coming soon too.
Keep building,
Carl
